FAQs on Moxxly Flow
Moxxly Flow is a discreet pump kit, designed to help breastfeeding women pump breast milk comfortably, with their clothes on. The Flow kit includes a flange that fits inside your bra and a bottle that sits against your ribcage. The Flow kit does not include a pump motor but is compatible with the leading pump motors.

Moxxly Flow is available in size M, which is a 24mm flange size. If this isn't your size, hang tight because we're preparing new sizes soon.
You should wear whichever bra makes you feel comfortable and confident. Moxxly Flow fits inside most regular bras. Some users report that the fit is most comfortable with non-underwire bras, but you’ll have to test the fit for yourself. The Moxxly Flow device pushes the bra away from the skin about one inch, so do make sure your favorite garment has a little bit of stretch.

Let's find that Flow! In your Shipping Confirmation email, you will find a link to your package tracking info. This will let you know where your most recent shipment is in the shipping process. Note that we recommend checking for delivery up to 2 days after the tracking delivery date in case of mix-up on the shipper's part. Moxxly Flow is currently only available directly from Moxxly, but you are invited to use your Health Savings Plan or Flexible Spending Account to purchase a Flow. For more information on how you can obtain a pump motor from your insurance company (for free!) simply call your insurance company or ask your doctor.
Moxxly ships to all fifty U.S. states! Moxxly products can only be shipped within the United States, not including US Territories and APO/FPO addresses. Note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
We ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse in California. If your order is placed by 12pm PT, it will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm PT will be shipped on the following business day. Once your order has been given to the carrier, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Note: Tracking should update within 48 hours of being shipped with an estimated delivery date for the order.
We offer both ground shipping and expedited 1-day shipping. Ground shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. Please note that our warehouse is not open on weekends, so, depending on the day that you place your order, expedited packages may take longer than 1 day to arrive.
This product is warranted by Moxxly, Inc. to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of 1 year for pump accessories and 90 days for duckbill valves from the date of purchase. The warranty can only be claimed in the country of purchase. In the event of a defect, Moxxly’s sole obligation and liability will be to replace this product without charge, except that Purchaser shall bear all expense for returning this product to Moxxly. This warranty does not apply to any product used commercially or which has been subjected to misuse, abuse or alteration. ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT CAN NOT BE FULLY DISCLAIMED ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO A DURATION OF 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE FOR PUMP ACCESSORIES AND 90 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE FOR DUCKBILL VALVES. SOME AREAS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR IN YOUR COUNTRY. Before you make a claim under this warranty, it may save time and expense to contact Moxxly Customer Service by emailing email@example.com. You may also email this address for additional information concerning this warranty. If you wish to make a claim under this warranty, you must return this product to Moxxly with a return authorization number received from Moxxly Customer Service, prepaid, together with your dated bill of sale or other proof of purchase and a brief statement of the problem. Moxxly will provide you the return shipping address information along with your return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns are not accepted without an RMA number.
We recommend noting your order number for easy reference when contacting Moxxly Customer Service. Your order number can be found on your confirmation email as well as on the packing slip that shipped with your product.
MOXXLY RETURN POLICY
If you decide to return your Moxxly purchase, here are the details of our return policy:
- Only products purchased from moxxly.com may be returned directly to us.
- Moxxly breast pump products are personal use items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the seal in tact.
- Moxxly will accept returns up to 30 days after the day of purchase.
- Moxxly will refund the purchase price plus any applicable sales tax. Moxxly will not cover return shipping costs. All refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
- When you return your Moxxly Flow, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- If you are exchanging a Moxxly Flow for a different size, a restocking fee will not apply.
Please submit your refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include the following information:
- Ensure that the shrink wrap around the package has not been broken. Moxxly can only accept returns of unused and unopened products.
- Order number
- Brief note on why you are requesting a refund
- If applicable, the birth date of your baby
Moxxly will respond via email to confirm your refund request and to provide a return address.
Once your refund request is approved, please ship the product in its original packaging to the address provided. You are responsible for shipping charges. Moxxly is not responsible for damage to return products during return shipment and cannot accept such products or approve a refund. We recommend you insure the shipment to cover the risk of loss or damage while in transit.

Ship the return product within the 30-day window of your return approval to secure your refund.
Moxxly will process your return and a refund will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase upon receipt of the eligible item. Please allow up to 5 business days after our receipt of the item to process your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
